Don't be ashamed - that's addiction for you and it can be unsafe to go cold turkey. Get through to Monday and take it from there. Poor kid. I know technically she's not a kid but she'll always be your kid.

Now she’s smoked it she’s all the sorry’s in the world and how good we are as parents. 2 hours ago she wanted to die and if she did it we’d have blood on our hands.

I feel sick. Gonna have an early night and hopefully get some sleep.

Could you talk to your gp tomorrow , they might offer you support as you need to support yourself too.
