I am delighted he has a place in a new school. I do not for one second believe the recording was fully deleted, all these things are recoverable in this technological age.
I am utterly shocked and disgusted at the school for their last of respect for you and your DS. I cannot begin to think how awful this has been.

An update for all. DS has settled in well to his new school. He is a different child and so much happier now. We should have moved him earlier but there is no point dwelling on the past. Thank you for all your responses. I really appreciate it.
I did formally put in a complaint to the old school and it goes before their BOM next week.

I have often had regrets about not moving my kids from their previous school earlier but we've all learned from it.

Out of interest is it a fee or non paying ? Not that that makes any difference im just curious
