My teen ds is 15 and doing his junior cert.
For the past little while he hasn't been eating as much. I have tried talking to him and he is just saying he isn't hungry. He is eating his breakfast lunch and dinner but not snacking and not eating at night. Hasn't eating chocolate crisps biscuits etc and used to love coke but just drinks water now. Even for dinner is gone fussy and would say he doesnt like chips etc.
I was worried that it was some kind of eating disorder and now I'm worried it's a health issue.
He was sick back around easter time with a flu thing and I'm thinking back its since then.
He has been complaining of his throat been sore and his eye lids look a little puffy and he is tired so I was thinking glandular fever.
His exams are just over next week and then we are off on holidays few weeks after.
I dont know whether to rush to doctor with him or give him a few weeks now school is over and on holidays and see how he goes.
What would you think.
