Deperate for Advice
I am in the early stages of pregnancy and only me and DH know. I am really sick and exhausted. I am already on reduced hours in work for family reasons but I am struggling to get through the day. I haven't had my first hospital appt yet and no one in work knows but I don't know how I can cope with things feeling as I do now. Would a GP be able to give me a sick note without referring to the preg or is that taking the piss? I feel dreadful but I know I'll feel like this until at least 12 weeks going on my other pregnancies. What should I do, thanks.

Yes would agree, your GP will not disclose the reason for your absence if you don't want them to. I can only remember the sheer exhaustion of those first 12 weeks, hope you are ok.
