Struggling

Posted about this last week. Am struggling after break up . I saw him for the first time (accidentally) and I'm heartbroken all over again. I know it will take time but struggling so much.

I'm doing everything to keep my mind off him but I feel totally consumed. He seems able to move on so easily. I miss him so much.

Hi country, I'm lucky I have great friends and they have been great. I just miss him so much. I stupidly messaged him again and he is completely ignoring me. Just don't get how he can move on. He was a huge part of my life for so long

I really wish I could say something helpful , you really shouldn't get in touch with him , easier said then done I know , meet up with your friends and keep busy for a while, maybe join a dance class or something
