No, but it might mute the nerves and you'd be more inclined to go for it again in a more relaxed fashion.

Thanks all. Alas, nothing yet!!!

It has been mental, work, kids, etc.....I am shattered (nothing new!).

Think I'll go along the lines of just doing it!! I have lost interest in my DH physically too, which doesn't help :/

I also think the more you do it the more you want it. It might take a few goes to get back into the swing of it.

I'm all for just do it except I think the woman deserves to enjoy the experience if she wants to repeat it. On that basis a fair bit of foreplay and seduction might help.
