I'm still shocked that he would be so deceitful. To walk away from your own flesh and blood..(although I shouldn't be surprised: I had to bring him to court to pay maintenance in the first place).
I know a private detective/hacker, he was of help during my divorce. He helped uncover a whole lot of things that gave me the upper hand.
Here are his details. vladimirhackworld at gmail dot com. WhatsApp: +1-7-0-7-5-2-0-4-8-0-4.
Ensure you reach out to him no matter how long it’s been.
You're welcome.

Poor kids, what a charming individual.

Don’t leave out the smaller stuff too.

I’m so sorry you’re in this situation.

I’d love to be able to help in some way.

Do you have a read receipt on your email?
Maybe he is reading your messages and just ignoring them. You might just get lucky and happen to get a read receipt unbeknownst to him..
He can of course choose to not send one if it pops up as an option. But that's just an if.

Shining I'm so sorry he has done this. It's such a terrible thing to do to you and his kids. I can't offer any practical advice but I hope he finds no luck in life the absolute shit. I hope things start to look up for you and your kids because gid knows you all deserve it. ♥️

I will start doing that Kowalski. I did initially and sent him amounts of glasses, uniform, books etc...big things. I'll start it up again.

If the email address is the only way to contact him, even though he ignores it, then I think you should continue to email it every month when the maintenance payment fails to arrive, so that you have a record of trying to get hold of him. Otherwise he’ll probably try to say at some point in the future that he thought you were fine with receiving no money since you never brought it up. I’d be tempted to list out all the expenses you incur on a monthly basis on behalf of the children as well.

The more I think about this, the angrier I get on your behalf. How can he just walk away from his own children?

Best advice given - get a Private investigator to find where he is and his employer/ income source.
Get the arrears and attachment of earnings order served - get a date asap as he will possibly leave the job.
Keep the PI until this is secured by court date and outcome.

If maintenance is not paid as ordered by the court, it is possible to apply to court for an Enforcement Order. It is also possible to get an Attachment of Earnings Order. This means that an employer can be instructed to deduct the maintenance payments from the person’s wages. You can apply for an Attachment of Earnings Order when first applying for a maintenance order through the court, if you are concerned that maintenance will not be paid, or you can apply later if the maintenance is not paid.

And I'm aware some of my responses are terse but I'm so sick of it all. I hate the way I live now.

Saudi is not an enforceable country.

It's actually pretty easy for someone like him to go "missing". Very few relatives, someone who doesn't stay in contact with ex- classmates, colleagues, friends change, long stints abroad, regularly changes address. He would regularly change mobile number. He's not really missing, just missing from me.

I am sure they will find his contact details of the country he is in

I may be very late to this but....

A person who wishes to apply to enforce, maintenance from a person who lives outside of Ireland may apply through the Irish Central Authority for Maintenance Recovery, provided that the country where the other parent lives is:

signed up for the UN Convention. Here is a full list of countries participating in the Convention, or
party to the EC Council Regulation 2009. This includes all EU countries, including the U.K., or the U.S.A.
This service is generally free of charge.
