I'm delighted for you Shining. Noone is perfect but absolutely noone should feel the way you were made to feel. You matter. You are entitled to happiness, peace and calm and a good life just like everyone else. You are enough. Just remember that when you have a bad day. Onwards and upwards.

Great news! I think I posted this about this book already, its called ‘overcoming unwanted intrusive thoughts’ and it gets fantastic reviews, I think loads of people get them in some shape and this book shows you to get rid of them, for good.
